1. Scope

These Terms apply to each app and related service provided by the developer where this URL is shown as the terms of use in App Store Connect, inside the app, or in support information.

For apps distributed through the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement or App Store terms may also apply in addition to these Terms.

2. Conditions of Use

Users use the apps at their own responsibility. Users are responsible for preparing, at their own cost, any device, OS, communication environment, App Store account, and other items necessary to use the apps.

3. User Data, Permissions, and Backups

Some apps may store records, settings, images, health or activity information, location records, shared data, reminders, or other app data on the user's device or in Apple services such as iCloud or CloudKit when enabled by the user. Users are responsible for managing device permissions, backups, iCloud settings, shared participants, and deletion of locally stored data.

Data shared through iCloud or CloudKit may be visible to invited participants. Deleting an app, changing permissions, or leaving a shared group may affect the availability of app data.

4. Prohibited Acts

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the apps.

• Acts that violate laws, public order and morals, or third-party rights
• Analysis, modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access to the apps
• Manipulating ads, purchases, rankings, usage status, or similar items by improper means
• Interfering with the operation of the apps or external services
• Sending false, inaccurate, or excessively offensive content
• Any other act that the developer determines to be inappropriate

5. Advertising, Third-Party Services, and Platform Services

The apps may include third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, and Firebase. The apps may also use Apple platform services such as iCloud, CloudKit, HealthKit, WeatherKit, MapKit, Apple Maps, Speech, Photos, Camera, and notifications. Use of these services is subject to the terms, privacy policies, permission settings, and technical specifications of each provider.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

If an app provides paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions, purchase, cancellation, refund, and renewal are processed according to the App Store and Apple ID settings. Before purchasing, users should confirm the price, period, renewal conditions, and provided content.

If a free trial or campaign is provided, the displayed conditions apply. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled by the user.

7. Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer

The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of information, calculation results, map information, route information, weather information, health or activity information, speech recognition results, learning content, daily-life information, or information related to medical care, nursing care, disaster prevention, childcare, traffic safety, or similar areas provided in the apps.

Information in the apps is for reference only and does not replace professional judgment, official administrative information, medical judgment, emergency judgment, or legal judgment. When making important decisions, users should confirm information with official sources, experts, or relevant organizations.

Location, weather, map, speech recognition, HealthKit, camera, photo, notification, and sharing features may be affected by device settings, permissions, network conditions, provider specifications, and data freshness.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights related to the apps, text, images, designs, logos, programs, and other content belong to the developer or legitimate rights holders. Users must not reproduce, reprint, distribute, modify, or sell such content beyond the scope of private use without permission.

9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

The developer may change, suspend, or terminate the content, features, or conditions of the apps as necessary. Even if users incur damages as a result, the developer will not be liable except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the developer.

10. Limitation of Liability

Even if users incur damages due to use of or inability to use the apps, the developer will not be liable for indirect damages, special damages, lost profits, data loss, or similar damages, except where liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

The developer may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms become effective when posted on this page.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises regarding the apps or these Terms, the courts of Japan will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, unless otherwise provided by law.
