Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled in iOS apps provided by the developer.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to each app and related support service provided by the developer where this URL is shown as the privacy policy in App Store Connect, inside the app, or in support information.
Available features, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, purchases, location information, photos and camera, microphone and speech recognition, HealthKit, iCloud or CloudKit sharing, WeatherKit, notifications, and other functions may differ by app. In that case, this Policy applies according to the features that are actually enabled in each app.
2. Information Collected
To provide apps, improve quality, analyze crashes, deliver ads, respond to inquiries, and provide features requested by users, the developer may collect, store, or process the following information. Some information may be stored only on the device, while some may be processed through platform or third-party services when the related feature is enabled.

3. Third-Party and Platform Services
The apps may use the following third-party services and Apple platform services. Information collected, processed, and stored by each service is handled according to the provider's policies and the user's device settings.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash analysis and diagnostic information collection
- Firebase Analytics: usage analysis and quality improvement
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform: ad delivery, ad performance measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management
- iCloud and CloudKit: data backup, synchronization, and sharing when enabled by the user
- Apple HealthKit: reading permitted health and activity data for app functionality
- Apple Speech framework: speech recognition for voice input features
- Apple WeatherKit, MapKit, and Apple Maps: weather, map, location, and nearby information features
- Apple Photos and Camera frameworks: selecting, importing, or capturing images for app functionality

4. Purposes of Use
Collected information is used for the following purposes.
- Providing, maintaining, and protecting the apps
- Investigating and improving bugs, crashes, and performance issues
- Delivering ads, improving ad quality, and preventing misuse
- Analyzing usage, improving features, and enhancing user experience
- Providing location, map, weather, health, speech, photo, notification, synchronization, and sharing features requested by the user
- Responding to inquiries and sending important notices
- Complying with laws, regulations, terms, App Store requirements, and other platform requirements
5. Advertising Identifiers and Consent
Apps that display ads may use advertising services such as Google AdMob. Where permission is required under iOS App Tracking Transparency, the app controls use of advertising identifiers according to the user's consent status.
In regions where consent is legally required, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app may display consent messages related to ads and analytics.
The developer does not intentionally provide HealthKit data, photos, camera images, microphone audio, speech audio, or the exact content entered by users to advertising services for ad targeting.
6. Platform Permissions and Sensitive Information
Some apps use iOS permissions or Apple platform features only when the relevant feature is enabled or the user grants permission. Users can review or change permissions in the iOS Settings app, the Health app, iCloud settings, or other Apple-provided settings screens.
- Location information is used for features such as maps, route records, nearby information, and weather or activity guidance.
- HealthKit information is read only with the user's permission and is used for app functionality. It is not used for advertising.
- Microphone and speech recognition are used only when the user chooses voice input. Speech recognition may be processed by Apple services depending on device settings and availability.
- Photos and camera access are used for images selected, imported, or captured by the user. Apps do not access the full photo library unless the user grants the relevant permission.
- iCloud and CloudKit may store, sync, or share app data. Data shared through CloudKit may be visible to invited participants according to the user's sharing settings.
7. Sharing with Third Parties
The developer does not sell information that directly identifies users to third parties, except where required by law, with the user's consent, or where processing is entrusted to external service providers to the extent necessary to provide the apps.
8. Retention Period
Collected information is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use, or for the period required by law. Information stored only on the user's device is generally retained until the user deletes it in the app, resets app data, or deletes the app. Data stored in iCloud, CloudKit, HealthKit, Photos, or other Apple services follows the user's Apple account and device settings. Retention periods for information processed by third-party services such as Crashlytics, AdMob, and Firebase Analytics follow the specifications and policies of each service.
9. Inquiries and Data Requests
For inquiries about personal information handling or data-related requests, please contact the developer through the inquiry form. For information managed by the developer, requests will be handled within a reasonable scope based on applicable laws and service specifications.
For information stored only on the user's device, users may delete it through app features, iOS settings, or by deleting the app. For information controlled by Apple services such as HealthKit, iCloud, Photos, or speech recognition, users may need to use Apple-provided settings or account tools. The inquiry form uses Google Forms. Information entered in the form is used to respond to inquiries, identify the relevant app, and contact the user as necessary.
10. Children's Privacy
The developer does not knowingly collect information that directly identifies children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If information about a child may have been submitted by mistake, a parent or guardian should contact the developer.
11. Security
The developer takes reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected information. However, complete security cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of internet communications and external services.
12. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated in response to changes in laws, service content, SDKs, or third-party services used. Important changes will be announced on this page.

本ポリシーは、開発者が提供し、App Store Connect、アプリ内、またはサポート案内で本URLをプライバシーポリシーとして表示している各アプリおよび関連するサポート対応に適用されます。
アプリごとに利用している機能、広告、解析、クラッシュレポート、課金、位置情報、写真・カメラ、マイク・音声認識、HealthKit、iCloudまたはCloudKit共有、WeatherKit、通知などの有無が異なる場合があります。その場合は、実際に各アプリで有効化されている機能に応じて本ポリシーが適用されます。
2. 取得する情報
アプリの提供、品質改善、クラッシュ解析、広告配信、問い合わせ対応、利用者が選択した機能の提供のため、以下の情報を取得、保存、または処理する場合があります。情報の一部は端末内にのみ保存される場合があり、関連機能が有効な場合はプラットフォーム機能または第三者サービスを通じて処理される場合があります。

3. 第三者サービス・プラットフォーム機能の利用
アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスおよびAppleのプラットフォーム機能を利用する場合があります。各サービスによって取得、処理、保存される情報は、各提供者のポリシーおよび利用者の端末設定に従って取り扱われます。
- Firebase Crashlytics: クラッシュ解析、診断情報の収集
- Firebase Analytics: 利用状況の分析、品質改善
- Google AdMobおよびGoogle User Messaging Platform: 広告配信、広告効果測定、不正防止、同意管理
- iCloudおよびCloudKit: 利用者が有効化した場合のデータのバックアップ、同期、共有

4. 利用目的
取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
- アプリの提供、維持、保護
- 不具合、クラッシュ、パフォーマンス問題の調査と改善
- 広告の配信、広告品質の改善、不正利用の防止
- 利用状況の分析、機能改善、ユーザー体験の向上
- 位置情報、地図、天気、ヘルスケア、音声入力、写真、通知、同期、共有など、利用者が選択した機能の提供
- 問い合わせ対応、重要なお知らせの連絡
- 法令、規約、App Storeその他プラットフォーム要件への対応
5. 広告識別子と同意
広告を表示するアプリでは、Google AdMob等の広告配信サービスを利用する場合があります。iOSのApp Tracking Transparencyにより許可が必要な場合、アプリは利用者の同意状況に応じて広告識別子の利用を制御します。
欧州経済領域、英国、スイスなど、法令上の同意取得が必要な地域では、広告や解析に関する同意メッセージを表示する場合があります。
開発者は、HealthKitデータ、写真、カメラ画像、マイク音声、音声そのもの、利用者が入力した正確な内容を、広告ターゲティングのために広告サービスへ意図的に提供しません。
6. プラットフォーム権限と機微な情報
一部のアプリでは、関連機能が有効な場合、または利用者が許可した場合にのみ、iOSの権限やAppleのプラットフォーム機能を利用します。利用者は、iOSの設定アプリ、ヘルスケアアプリ、iCloud設定、その他Appleが提供する設定画面から権限を確認または変更できます。
- 位置情報は、地図、経路記録、近隣情報、天気や活動の目安などの機能に利用します。
- HealthKit情報は、利用者の許可に基づいて読み取り、アプリ機能のために利用します。広告目的には利用しません。
- マイクおよび音声認識は、利用者が音声入力を選択した場合にのみ利用します。端末設定や利用可能状況により、音声認識はAppleのサービスで処理される場合があります。
- 写真およびカメラへのアクセスは、利用者が選択、読み込み、または撮影した画像に関する機能に利用します。関連する許可がない限り、写真ライブラリ全体へアクセスしません。
- iCloudおよびCloudKitは、アプリデータの保存、同期、共有に利用される場合があります。CloudKitで共有されたデータは、利用者の共有設定に従い、招待された参加者に表示される場合があります。
7. 第三者提供
開発者は、法令に基づく場合、利用者の同意がある場合、またはアプリ提供に必要な範囲で外部サービス提供者に処理を委託する場合を除き、利用者を直接特定する情報を第三者に販売しません。
8. 保存期間
取得した情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、または法令上必要な期間保存します。利用者の端末内にのみ保存される情報は、通常、利用者がアプリ内で削除する、アプリデータをリセットする、またはアプリを削除するまで保存されます。iCloud、CloudKit、HealthKit、写真、その他Appleサービスに保存されるデータは、利用者のAppleアカウントおよび端末設定に従います。Crashlytics、AdMob、Firebase Analytics等の第三者サービスで処理される情報の保存期間は、各サービスの仕様およびポリシーに従います。
9. お問い合わせ・データに関するご依頼
個人情報の取り扱いに関するお問い合わせや、データに関するご依頼は、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。開発者が管理する情報については、法令および各サービスの仕様に基づき、合理的な範囲で対応します。
利用者の端末内にのみ保存される情報は、アプリ内機能、iOS設定、またはアプリの削除により削除できる場合があります。HealthKit、iCloud、写真、音声認識などAppleサービスが管理する情報については、Appleが提供する設定またはアカウント管理機能での対応が必要となる場合があります。お問い合わせフォームにはGoogle Formsを使用します。フォームに入力された情報は、問い合わせ対応、対象アプリの確認、および必要な連絡のために利用します。
10. 子どものプライバシー
開発者は、保護者の同意なく、13歳未満の児童から個人を直接特定する情報を意図して取得しません。児童に関する情報が誤って送信された可能性がある場合は、保護者の方から問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
11. セキュリティ
開発者は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損を防ぐため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット通信や外部サービスの性質上、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
12. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令変更、サービス内容、利用するSDKや第三者サービスの変更に応じて改定される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページで告知します。
